Very dissatified with the professionalism (which there was none). Didn't have products that they offer so had to go to another place to get what I needed. A couple workers seemed confused about why things were not working right. Will never recommend this location to anyone, I would tell them go to another planetbeach, but check everything out first.
I always enjoy myself at Planet Beach Prairieville! The Hydration station and the Mystic tan are my favorite services that they offer. The customer service is excellent and I absolutley love the remodel! Would recommend to all!
I had such a bad experience here, the new owners and even the staff is so rude. I did not like the previous owner, but the new owners are very unwelcoming. I felt like I wasnt wanted there. I was stared at by both her and her husband (assuming it was her husband), as if I was going to try and walk out with a tanning bed. The staff makes you feel as if you are a burden to them by coming in, the beds are never ready when I get there. I am always having to either wait for someone to come out, or if no one is in there I have to wait for them to be cleaned. Which is never done well, I wipe my bed down everytime I used it because it looks as if there is still lotion from the last person. There is only two tanning beds, and with that being said, there were lights out in both beds for quite some time. I was told that the sauna hasnt been working, and everytime I asked for teeth whitening they never had any. I will no longer be going back to Planet Beach, I am going to Palm Beach. The prices are much better and the staff is very welcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The new owners are very involved in every aspect of this business. They have trained staffed waiting on you for whatever you may need. They have recently remodeled and got in some new equipment, and it took the place to the NEXT LEVEL. Planet Beach is just a really cool place to go. I highly recommend to everyone who needs some "me" time.
I love the Planet Beach Automated SPA of Prairieville. The facility is always clean and pleasant. The staff welcomes customers quickly, and are knowledgeable about the services offered by the SPA. Prices are reasonable and they always seem to have a bonus deal for new and regular patrons. The products offered to enhance the automated services are pleasant and easy to use. The SPA is open 7 days a weeks with hours that can accommodate everyone.
The new owners have updated equipment, painted and worked very hard to improve services and atmosphere in the SPA. It's the best place I know to relax and be treated like a VIP!
