I left a message, an email, and I also called to see about getting someone out to look at my Generac Generator. No luck at all. I finally called a third time and Lisa finally answered the phone and was not helpful whatsoever!! I asked what the running rate was to have a tech come out and ck my unit. She changed the price twice. I then asked what did the schedule look like and she said it would be a couple weeks. I asked could she give me a better time frame as far as a date. She simply said no that I would just need to call back. She was not helpful at all and didnt even ask what was wrong with the unit or anything. She then told me to either try back or call someone else. I laughed and hung up. Talk about poor customer service!
