I really enjoy this gym. The people who work there are really nice. The manager is a really friendly guy. It's a good facility and the members as a whole seem very nice to me. I'm tempted to take a star off because the sauna is always broken! They need to just invest in the digital timer to keep members happy.
Clean facility with a lot of equipment. The morning and afternoon rushes can get kind of hectic.

Large gym with nice equipment. The gym is organized and spaced out well. The seperate rooms are nice to keep everyone from being on top of each other. I like that the gym offers a variety of classes for begginners to advanced athletes. I also like the fact they have a protien and smoothie shop in the middle of the gym for your convenience. The only downfall I've found and the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is the small amount of free weights.
Friendly staff, many free weights, clean facilities, uncrowded, and great hours are all reasons I give Gold's 5 stars. They also have a shake and snack bar, child care, spinning, and crossfit.
