If I could give it less than one star I would!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Bo is absolutely pointless!!!!!!
I order the same thing from here at least once a week and my order is never right. Then when I call to talk to a manager they put me on hold and then hang up.
Ordered my food at 5:45pm, I tried to call them at 7:10pm because it was a no show and my kids are hungry, sat on hold for 5 minutes before receiving a call from the # I am currently on hold with, hung up and answered the call; they said they forgot part of the order at the store and had to go back would I prefer if they make it fresh and send it out, I said yes, he tells me it will leave the store in another 20 minutes. By the time it gets here I'm looking at 8PM my kids bed time, Now I'm cooking them something so we can get their baths in and get them to bed on time.
