I would highly recommend Morales Roofing for many reasons. Bernard was my project manager and he couldn't have been more professional. He was on time for every appointment and called ahead to confirm our appointments which was an added bonus.His quote for the work was very fair and professionally prepared. His team did a very professional job and we were invoiced for the exact price quoted. No add on or hidden fees. Our home was very clean when they finished the job and it looked as if a roofing contractor was not even there. . I would highly recommend Morales Roofing for any residential roofing job. Very pleased.
On the negative side, let's start with the duration. I've never had a roof job that took more than a day or two. They started on a Friday and finished on a Wednesday. The owner Mr. Morales told me by the Monday that they will "finish tomorrow" but no one showed up and I had to ask them to come finish on Wednesday.

The worst job ever....these guys replaced my roof with new shingles but left the 18 year old flashing around my chimney. Needless to say my roof leaked into my living room and to a adjoining bedroom. They would NOT do the right thing by repairing my ceilings....I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. How stupid is it to replace the shingles but now the flashings ....
3) The actual work done on the job appears to be of good quality.
So, to sum it up, my initial estimate was right at a whopping $2,000 different from the actual amount I paid. I expressed my disappointment multiple times with Mr. Morales but he seemed disinterested in my feedback. Just be careful when you get that estimate - they will bid low to win the work then bulk it up with overruns.
1) It is a 'one stop shop' in that I simply told them the shingle I wanted and the roof got put up. I was able to avoid the hassle of buying my own materials which is something a nearby competitor like Garcia wants you to do.
Before I dive into the negative, let's start with the positives:
The worst part though was the incredibly poor estimating job that was done. Their initial bid came off the plans only and was a decent bid. I then asked if their bid included installation of an ice and water shield for a low-pitch area (something I had to point out to them) and was told quote: "for that low pitch roof area the installation of ice & water shield was included in the material & labor quote. However, for just installing it he says it would be $250." So, basically, they arbitrarily added another $250. A few days later the owner Mr. Morales meets me at the house and tells me the estimate is now too low and there's more squares needed than he thought. So he tells me he'll revise the estimate with a whopping $1,000 of extra squares and he'll "overestimate and only charge [me] what they actually use." Finally the work gets started later the next week. I wake up one morning and there's ANOTHER $700 "estimate" in my invoice. I had to contact them to find out what it was and they said it was ANOTHER overrun of more materials they needed.
2) The receptionist Keyla is very friendly and very responsive. Never once had a problem with her not passing on a message.
