The team at Chabill's Tire were outstanding, however one employee really stuck out. Mr. Vidrine made the process simple and did an excellent job at explaining things. In addition, buying tires here weren't as costly in comparison to other stores.
I chose Chabill's because they have Saturday hours and received a discount coupon in a ValuePack mailing. I am happy that I tried them out.
Really nice and they gets things done fast and a whole lot cheaper than other places!! I had a tire sensor light on forever and went to multiple places before to just do simple things to my truck, like putting tires on or changing oil and this is the only place who has actually looked in to the problem and fixed it without me even asking!!! I love this place
Call for any appointment, though. They are very busy.
These guys serviced my car on the spot as a drop-in. I called late in the day (about an hour before close) for an alignment. They told me to come on in and they would take care of me. They had me out in less than an hour and my vehicle drove as expected. Thanks!! Only concern that I have is with the additional shop fee on top of the taxes. I wasn't expecting the additional $6.xx charge. Perhaps other shops would've charged a shop fee as well.
So far, I have only had good experiences with Chabill's. Today's oil change was done in about 20 minutes. Far faster than I expected.
Listened to what I needed. Proposed a solution based on value. In and out in a timely manner. They earned my business.
