Every time I go to Gonzales Tires. Everyone is so polite and courteous. I went in this morning ( 2-13-17 ) to get 4 tires on my trailer and I was in and out in 35 minutes. They are by for the most professional Tire Company I have ever delete with. Keep up the great work to everyone.
I have been a customer at Gonzales Tire over 6 years and I continue to be a satisfied customer. I appreciate the professionalism at each visit and will remain a loyal customer. I am a customer for life because I really like doing business with the staff.
I ask that they mount and balance 2 tire I bought online. They told me they would have to mount them on the rear of my truck, "It was their policy". I ask that they be mounted on the front and they would not comply. I was not ask the condition of the rear tires or why I did not want them in the front. What ever happen to the "customer is always right policy". Gone!
